Ordering was easy, checkout was straightforward, and there weren’t any weird surprise fees. For the money, I’m happy with my order and I’d use them again...

I’ve taken this out on a few rough trails now, and it’s still holding up really well. Obviously, you don’t expect anything to stay perfect if you’re dragging it through rocks, dirt, and bumps, but so far it feels solid and hasn’t given me any issues.

They got back to me quickly and explained things clearly, so I didn’t really have to chase them much. That definitely made the process easier. Still, there were moments where I felt a bit dismissed, like my concerns weren’t really being taken seriously.
